Shipping & Returns

We prioritize the rapid fulfillment of research materials. Orders finalized by 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are dispatched on the same business day.

Orders placed after the daily cutoff, or on weekends and observed holidays, will be dispatched the following business day. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and the strict temperature and handling controls required to maintain product integrity, we cannot restock or resell any product that has left our facility. This policy ensures that every researcher receives pristine, unadulterated materials.

You may cancel an order for a full refund at any point before it has been processed and a tracking number has been generated.

Once a shipping label is created and the order moves to our dispatch queue, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

If your package arrives damaged or if you receive incorrect items, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of the carrier's recorded delivery time.

To process a claim, please email support@fastpeps.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged shipping container and the affected internal items. We evaluate claims on a case-by-case basis and will provide a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.
